Justin “Gashy” Gash is another home-grown prodigy and has worked with Crightons for over 10 years. He is a qualified fitter who has been lead machinist for many years.

“Gashy” has hands on experience in the workshop sector of Crightons and as a leader focuses his team on the needs of the day. He is a critical link between the operational and administrative sides of the business.

Justin is Crightons Workshop Manager. He oversees workflows in fabrication, fitting and machining & hardware overhauls.

His team have a proven track record in major development preparation. They are your day-to-day breakdown backbone with unique capacity for laser alignment and vibration analysis.

“Gashy” loves old cars, his Harley, and watermelon wine. He greets with a smile, strives for positive customer experience and respects a job well done.
