Toby Crighton

Toby Crighton along with his brothers Jock & Hugh have all followed in their fathers and grandfather’s footsteps by being the 3rd generation to work at Crightons.

Toby is a qualified welder and fabricator and shows expertise in this field. After years of resisting papercuts within the leadership role, Toby has been recruited as Crightons Field Manager and is a member of Crightons strategic “Leadership Group” steering the ship.

Toby is responsible for providing management for day-to-day field works and leading Crighton ‘s field operations within major projects. Toby guides resource and equipment allocation, field compliance, communication, and customer liaison.

Toby is the man to keep you in the loop and the perfect person to call just before you start pulling your hair out should things go wrong in the field.
