Nut and Duggie Crighton jointly oversee all security operations across the yard, as the 4th generation of the Crighton family business, Nut and Duggie proudly continue the family tradition of being involved in all aspects of the operation… particularly anything happening around smoko time.
Nut leads regular perimeter patrols with high energy and zero hesitation, specialising in chasing rocks and rapid-response barking.
Duggie balances the operation with a more strategic approach, managing internal affairs from the most comfortable locations in the workshop while maintaining team morale through regular check-ins (and pats).
Nut continues to set the standard with a perfect attendance record, while Duggie has embraced a more flexible approach, nearly exceeding his leave limits in pursuit of a healthy work-life balance.
